Returns & Exchange


1. You have, for a period of 14 days, the right to exchange or return the ordered articles. Please use this fair service with sense.

2. Repack the item in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged. The identification tag with bracelet must still be attached to the product (only with a Clasico or Cavillaca shoe).

3. The products must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date in which the order was delivered. Print the return form, fill it in and insert the form into the package. 


4. Send your return with sufficient postage to the following address:

Please note that packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

5. Ask for a proof of shipment with track and trace code, so you can follow the package online. When you notice that the package is not delivered within two weeks, please contact our customer service.


Want to exchange your product for a different size? No worries! Please note, MIPACHA is not responsible for any shipping costs made to send the product back for exchange. However, we'll pay the shipping when we send the new size or product back to you! 

You have, for a period of 14 days, the right to exchange or return the ordered articles. Please fill in the right productname and size on the return form. It is recommended to check the website if the product is still available.

When you receive a wrong delivered item or an article with a defect, please contact our customer service before returning the product ([email protected]).

Credit or Debit Card: the time for the refund to show on your Card statement will depend on the card company's policies.
Refunds made to your bank-/PayPal account will show within 14 days after receipt of the return on the statement of your bank-/Paypal-account.
